These Terms of Service apply to your use of moonmanpaints.com and purchases from Moonman Paints. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund policies.

Products and orders

We make reasonable efforts to present product images, colors, dimensions, materials, and descriptions accurately. Display settings and production processes can cause minor variations. Orders are subject to availability, payment authorization, and acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory or production problems, or violations of these terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

Made-to-order goods

Many products are made specifically after an order is placed. Production, cancellation, return, refund, and replacement terms are described in our Refund Policy.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, and account information.

Shipping

Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Our Shipping Policy describes fulfillment times, rates, tracking, split shipments, address responsibilities, delays, customs, and lost or damaged packages.

Intellectual property

All artwork, photographs, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content on this site are owned by Moonman Paints or used with permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or commercially use the artwork or site content.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content in violation of law, or use the site or its content for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and uses third-party payment, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other service providers, including Printful and LumaPrints. Their services can be subject to additional terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided as available without warranties not expressly stated. Moonman Paints is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this site. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California and applicable United States federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
