Made-to-order products
Moonman Paints products are made specifically for each order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size, color, material, or format, or an incorrect shipping address supplied by the customer, except where required by law.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us through the Contact page or at jongldbrg@moonmanpaints.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved.
After reviewing an eligible claim, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge or issue a refund to the original payment method, as appropriate. In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged or incorrect item. Do not mail an item back unless we provide return instructions.
Lost shipments
If tracking has not updated or an order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us promptly. Claims for packages believed to be lost in transit must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Cancellations and order changes
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. Cancellation or modification is possible only before production begins. Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that a request can be completed.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers determine when the credit appears. Original shipping charges are refunded only for verified damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or lost items, or when required by law.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
