Shipping policy

Moonman Paints products are made to order. Production time and carrier transit time are separate, and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Where we ship

Canvas, framed canvas, fine-art paper, framed fine-art paper, and foam-mounted artwork currently ship within the United States. Some Printful-produced apparel and accessories may be available to additional countries. The shipping options shown at checkout for your address determine whether an item can be delivered to you.

Artwork and photography prints

Artwork products are produced by LumaPrints. Standard production generally takes 2–3 business days. Ground transit generally takes another 2–5 business days, so most U.S. artwork orders arrive in approximately 5–8 business days after payment is accepted. Larger, framed, foam-mounted, unusually sized, or high-volume orders can require additional time.

Printful apparel and accessories

Most Printful orders are produced within 2–5 business days. After fulfillment, standard U.S. shipping generally takes 3–4 business days, making the typical estimated total about 5–9 business days. Standard international transit can take approximately 5–20 business days after fulfillment. The estimate shown at checkout or in the order confirmation is the best estimate for a specific product and destination.

Shipping rates

Shipping is not automatically free. Customers pay the shipping rate displayed at checkout unless a clearly stated promotion says otherwise. Printful rates vary by product, quantity, method, and destination. Standard U.S. artwork shipping is calculated by order value and currently ranges from $19.95 to $64.95. The checkout rate at the time of purchase controls if rates are later updated.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking information is emailed when available. Products may be made by different fulfillment partners or at different facilities, so items from one order can arrive in separate packages or on different days.

Addresses

Please check the delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact us immediately if you discover an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production or shipment begins. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-supplied address may be the customer's responsibility, except where prohibited by law.

Delays, customs, and duties

Production volume, stock issues, file-review holds, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, customs, and other events outside our control can delay an order. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges unless checkout states that they are included.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments

Contact us through the Contact page or at jongldbrg@moonmanpaints.com with your order number and relevant details. For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photographs of the item and packaging. The time limits and available remedies are explained in our Refund Policy.
